Description:

• Designed and constructed a new, 2,000-SF, pre-engineered metal building addition for storage use, including a new foundation, exterior infrastructure support, and interior finishes.

• Provided architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, and structural designs.

• Installed a perimeter masonry wall (4-ft height) and 1" of stucco (above 4-ft height) around the structure. Building openings include two metal exterior doors, two 12' x 10' metal roll-up doors, and three windows.

• Extended a new branch line from the existing fire suppression system in Building 812 to provide coverage in the new storage area.

• Installed new duplex outlets, ten low bay LED strip lights, new occupancy sensors for vacancy control of lighting, and relocation of existing wall pack lights to the building’s exterior.

• Provided a new asphalt driveway around the new building.
