Description: This project renovated a portion of the west end of Building 7422 for the new Housing Resident Advocate. Key features:

• Asbestos removal and repairs and renovations to the plumbing, fixtures, electrical, HVAC, windows, doors, lighting, and various finishes of the facility, bringing them up to current code and ABA requirements.

• New fire alarm for the whole building, new mass notification system for the renovated area, fully automatic sprinkler system, and new water service to the building by tapping into the base’s existing water main.

• Exterior improvements including a new sidewalk and ABA-compliant ramp, and a new roof, fascia, and soffit for the entire 5000-SF facility.
