Description:

• Simultaneous design and construction of 3 single-story laboratory buildings that provide computer lab and office space for software development, integration, and testing.

• Provided architectural, civil, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural designs and specifications.

• Each building’s exterior architecture was designed and built to match that of adjacent buildings on the Campus.

• Performed on a tightly secured Campus with strict access control. Required continuous surveillance of subcontractors, ensuring workers were in sight at all times while work was in progress.

• Project was completed 18 days ahead of schedule. Three ribbon cutting ceremonies were conducted marking the successful completion of each facility.

• MW Services received the NAVFAC “STAR” Safety Excellence Award for its outstanding safety performance during project execution.
