  • Performed architectural demolition including removal of existing doors, frames, and hardware, existing suspended ceiling grid and tiles, and cove base.

  • Installed solid core exterior and interior doors, a complete suspended ceiling system, wall-mounted Class B fire extinguishers, and three metal lockers. Walls, doors, and frames were painted.

  • The existing concrete floor was grinded, polished, and sealed for resistance to chemical spillages.

  • Replaced HVAC grilles, diffusers, and flex ducting; replaced five existing compressed air stations and their appurtenances; and installed energy-efficient LED lights.

  • Work was conducted in a secure hangar requiring all workers to receive turnstile access. Select workers from each trade were required to take a flight line drivers course to allow delivery of materials to the secured flight line.
