Description:

• Corrected venting issues within the Admiral Baker Clubhouse, a building used for special events.

• New vent piping was provided in the north, south, and unisex restrooms within the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse was occupied and in use during the contract period.

• Construction involved the removal of the existing vent piping serving the restrooms, demolition of existing plumbing, wall tile, and sheathing, and providing new vent piping distribution, wall tile, solid surface countertops, and plumbing fixtures including urinals, toilets, and sinks.

• Project was completed in two consecutive phases so that one set of restrooms remained open at all times, ensuring the least possible interference to building occupants.
