Description:

• Designed and constructed a new retaining wall, handrails, concrete aprons, approaches, and loading docks, and installed a new, 60’ x 32’ x 16’ pre-engineered metal building with roll-up doors.

• Provided electrical service to the new building, as well as new interior and exterior lighting.

• Replaced three, damaged, concrete loading dock pads.

• Demolished an existing wooden retaining wall and installed new loading docks and masonry block retaining wall, incorporating three sets of stairs and a new drainage system. New concrete flatwork was placed on top of the retaining walls.

• Provided a new concrete drive apron, walkway apron, and bollards in front of the stairways.

• Installed metal handrails running along the length of the retaining wall and on both sides of each stairway.
