Description:
Fast-track project requiring design and construction of a new equipment shed to house 18 equipment racks approximately 7’ in height.
Rapid execution, with completion 43 days ahead of the required schedule.
Constructed concrete block exterior walls and a clay tile roof system, having the same width and appearance of the adjacent structure.
Building systems include fire suppression, fire alarm, security, mechanical, electrical, lighting, telecommunications and data, and grounding system.
Site improvements included electrical and communications vaults, and extension of the existing sidewalk to the building entrance.
