IDIQ JOC & SABER Contracts
For more than two decades, MW Services has specialized in the performance of Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contracts (JOC) and Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) contracts as a prime contractor, primarily for the Department of Defense. These single-award IDIQ contracts require the concurrent execution of numerous construction projects involving a wide range of renovation, repair, and minor new construction work, often requiring multiple trades and spanning multiple job sites and installations.
Over the course of performance on more than 10 SABER contracts and 10 JOCs, MW Services has delivered thousands of task order projects having a combined value of more than $400 million. Much of our success on these contracts is attributed to our spirit of partnering with government/owner representatives on every project, resulting in a high level of customer and end-user satisfaction.
Listed below are some specific examples of JOC and SABER contracts that MW Services has performed. For each IDIQ contract listed, all contract option years (as applicable) were exercised by the customer.
