Description of Project:

• New construction of a 14,000-SF Classic Spanish Colonial Revival style home.

• Included original conceptual design, planning and collaboration with architect and engineers. Interior design, finishes and equipment including the installation of an elevator.

• Self-performance of: sitework, underground utilities, rough framing, door and window installation, drywall, painting, staining of architectural beams, electrical including whole house lighting controls, plumbing, and natural stone and ceramic flooring and tile finishes.

• The main structure of the home was constructed out of seismic and fire-resistant Integrated Concrete Form (ICF) manufactured by Perform Wall Panel Systems, enabling more efficient layouts for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installs.

• Negative air machines utilized to improve and eliminate fine dust present after project completion.
