Description:

• Required replacement of existing sprinkler systems for the kitchen exhaust hoods and loading dock area.

• Replaced the existing fire alarm system with a new combination fire alarm/mass notification system to comply with current UFC and NFPA Standards.

• Replaced an AHU with a larger unit, provided new chilled water and heating water pumps sized for the new system demand, and installed new supply and return duct and devices.

• Modified the kitchen cooking walls for new equipment layouts; included demolition of finishes and utilities, and installation of new natural gas lines, cold/hot water lines, electrical connections, and new stainless steel wall systems.

• Provided coordination and oversight of project design. 100% design drawings were provided for the new fire alarm system, fire sprinkler system, and HVAC design components.
