Description:

• Approximately 10,000-SF design-build remodel of the Southern Eagle Dining Facility.

• Design included 65%, 95%, and 100% design submittal packages.

• MW Services self-performed more than 60% of the work.

• Disciplines included mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural finishes, life safety for egress, and fire alarm and fire sprinkler modifications.

• Front of house portion of the work included renovations to the food service area and upgrades to support the food service equipment, as well as renovations to the restrooms, lobby/entry, and storage areas.

• Back of house portion of the work included mechanical and electrical upgrades to replace the existing chilled water and air handling system.

• Coordinated with the food service contractor to install the new hood mounted ANSUL systems at the new cooking areas.
