Description:

• The facility provides veterinary services to Air Force personnel and their families, so they do not have to leave the base for these services.

• Involved demolishing the existing veterinary clinic, returning the site to original condition, and constructing a new veterinary facility.

• Constructed in accordance with the standards of the United States guidelines for construction of veterinary clinics.

• Clinic was a pre-engineered metal building with a split-face CMU front veneer.

• Incorporated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, metal studs and drywall, finishes, painting, and landscaping. Included specialty flooring impermeable to liquids and bacteria.

• Walls received a level 5 finish with epoxy coating and a formaldehyde fume hood was installed.
