Description:

• Required design and construction to repair storm water damage to the 11,000-SF theater at Little Rock AFB.

• Performed extensive mold removal and asbestos abatement.

• Replaced the roofing system, repaired the interior ceiling throughout the main seating area, installed new LED lighting and dimming controls, replaced 568 theater seats and curtains, and replaced the entire HVAC system.

• Design was completed in house with support from an engineering consultant for the 100% mechanical and electrical design drawings.

• The new theatre seating was designed and reconfigured to meet accessibility standards.

• Parts of the existing hardwood stage floor were repaired and refinished to provide a complete and uniformly finished stage floor.

• Walls, floors, ceilings, door frames, trim, and all surfaces were painted.
