Description of Project: Key features:

• Renovated the existing spaces and provided electrical infrastructure to support a new Cyber Security Server Room in the Belanich Engineering Center.

• Provided electrical infrastructure, new metal stud framing and gypsum board walls, painting, replacement of smoke detectors with new heat protectors, and a new, mounted fire extinguisher.

• Adjacent spaces in the building were occupied during the construction period. Required close coordination with University personnel for planned outages and construction activities.

• Project was completed on schedule and without disruption to building occupants around the site.
