Description:

• Renovation of an approximately 550-SF dental laboratory to support a new layout and new laboratory equipment.

• Disciplines included: demolition, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, communication, and fire sprinkler, framing, insulation, doors, UFC-compliant blast-rated windows, specialties, and various finishes.

• Existing air, gas, water, and waste lines from the existing dental equipment were removed and capped, and lines for the new equipment were installed. Electrical was replaced with wire and circuits necessary to supply power to the new equipment.

• Installation of all new dental equipment including cabinets, shelves, drawers, tables, lab bench/workstations, benchtop polishing unit, ERGO Workstation, emergency eyewash fountain, hospital-grade G.F. outlets, waste chute, sinks, faucets, deck-mounted swivel with thermostatic mixing valve, and dust collector.
